ok ok i know i know ive been way behind! well here wuts goin on now..... well couple weeks ago i went to look at some property in pahrump with is out side las vegas.  its just barren land out there. but turns out its an up and coming city, with las vegas getting filled up and property prices there skyrocking, pahrump isbe the closest city and looks to follow suit. well i ended up buying some land there with my mother. and thus begins my entrance into the world of property investment. and boy is it a whole new world, so much to learn...but im learning and hopefully proves to be fruitful.

on another note my mother just got out of surgury, we have a cancer scare but its been removed, everything went smooth. now my mother is stuck at home recovering and shes bored.  everyday she whines to me how shes sooooo bored and proceeds to whine and whine.  well we got to talking bout getting a dog so today after waking to the whining of my mother telling me how i promised to buy her a dog, which i have no recollection of, i took her to the pet store to look at some puppies.  and like a lil kid she whines about how much she wants one and how shes so lonely stuck at home and how she wants a puppy. luckily just so happens that my dads dogs just had puppies, so i took my mom to my dads house to look at his puppies....weird huh, my mom and dad in the same house...anyway now she wants me to get my dad to sell her one....hmmm we'll see on that one.  even though mom whines its been nice to have her at home. and she seems to be really happy spendin time with me and passing down all her wisdoms, about property, life and so on, learning lots from dear ole mum. im glad shes getting the rest that has been long past due, even though it is forced rest...which i feel is the only can be with my mom.  after the 2nd day back from surgury she wanted to go to work ... "just to check up" so she claims, but were putting the smack down and shes on house arREST.

need to figure out wut to get people for christmas.... its so tough....need help, lots of help.....please help.....someone.....anyone!

theres more stuff to update but i cant remember so when i do ill post again...hopefully it wont take forever again.
